What We Seek:
The University of New Mexico Foundation is seeking talent to provide technical support to internal and remote staff by investigating and resolving computer hardware and software problems; be responsible for selection, procurement, installation, and maintenance of hardware and software, account management, and assist with network changes and upgrades; and someone to lead maintenance and repair activities for print/copy/scan devices in partnership with leasing vendor.
Please apply if you have the above skills and could participate in new hire orientations by providing introductory training and guidance on hardware, network, application, and data access; maintain an inventory of laptops, workstations, servers, and network hardware; update documentation to record new equipment installed, new sites, and changes to computer configurations.
The chosen candidate will facilitate a work environment that encourages knowledge of, respect for, and development of skills to engage with those of other cultures or backgrounds. In addition, this individual will contribute to the overall success of the Foundation by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Compensation Salary Range:
$45,000 - $55,000
The salary range is estimated, and actual salary will be determined after consideration of the selected candidate's experience and qualifications, and application of any approved geographic salary differential.
Other Requirements:
Must be able to drive personal vehicle for University and Foundation business (mileage reimbursed) and hold a valid driver’s license with current insurance, and a clean driving record. Offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of criminal, driving record, and employment background screening. Some positions may also require credit background screening as well.
